I DO NOT SEE CERTAIN EBAY PLANTS HERE. HOW CAN I BUY THEM WITH 10% DISCOUNT ?

Of course you can. Due to the amount of work, we have more plants display on our Ebay store. However, any plant you do not see on our website, simply email or send us the screenshots of the Ebay plants in the Contact section. We will remove the listing on Ebay and send you back an invoice (with discount) for those plants.

Products display here in our website already include the discount off compare to Ebay price because you simply do not have to pay extra platform fees. Alternatively you can also message us on our Facebook page 'Curio Botany' and Instagram page 'Curio Botany Au'.

 

DELIVERY OPTIONS

  • Local Pickup: Free and can be selected during checkout. 
  • All delivery: Automatically calculated based on estimated parcel weight and size.
  • FREE delivery for interstate orders over $250 (under 1kg only).
  • WA, NT and TAS: Sorry, we do not offer delivery to these states.
  • International: Sorry, we do not offer delivery outside Australia.

If you have any concern with the calculation, please contact us for a quote or an adjustment. We are happy to refund you back any difference in postage. 

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER ? 

Victoria, NSW, SA, ACT and QLD: Shipping of live plants will occur between Monday and Friday each week. Some plants can only shipped early week. Please allow up to 7 business days during peak time for your order to be processed. 

Local Pickup: Please contact us to arrange a suitable date.

Due to the Covid-19 situation, all deliveries experience delays. Most orders will be shipped using Express service to reduce the travelling stress. Parcels can sometimes transit in a different state for sorting, before heading back to its designated location.

 

HOW PLANTS ARE PACKED ?

Local Pickup: Plants will be collected in their original pots.

Victoria, NSW, SA, ACT and QLD: Most leafy plants will be sent without pots to reduce the damage caused by the pots themselves. Small plants can be sent in their original pots as long as the total weight is under 1kg. 

We prefer environment friendly packaging materials by reducing plastic/foam usage in the parcel and using carbon neutral postal services. However, we do use minimal amount of bubble wraps for delicate plants.

 

 

POSTAL INSURANCE 

Victoria, NSW, SA, ACT and QLD: The postal insurance starts as low as $1.5 depending on how much you want to insure it for. Please contact us prior to checking out for this extra feature.

 

TRACKING NUMBER & LOST PARCELS 

Victoria, NSW, SA, ACT and QLD: All orders have tracking number and can be provided when you fill in your mobile number or email detail before paying. If it has been one week since you receive the tracking number but haven't received the parcel, please let us know as soon as you can. We will chase up the parcel for you.

 

 

WHEN DOES NEW STOCK ARRIVE ?

We often update our stock information once a week or as soon as we can. Since many of our plants are rare or uncommon, stocks volume and availability are often unpredictable and can be sold out fast.

Photos of all plants are taken by us, and often show slightly different sizes of plants from the same batch so you have some idea of the available stock.

 

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUND ?

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges on live plants. However, should your plants arrive severely damaged or you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to send us clear photos of the box both unopened, opened and the damaged items within 24 hours from the moment you receive the parcel. Please also keep both the box and everything inside. We will review the photos and happily assist you with the order.

The type of plant we accept returns are Bulbous plant species such as Albuca, Sinningia or some succulents. However we do not accept return in case of change of mind.
